Shipping and Delivery

All books will normally be dispatched within four working days after receiving the order and payment.

UK: delivery 2-5 working days. If you need very urgent delivery please phone or email for faster options.

Europe: sent European airmail. Parcels over 5kg may go by road shipment.

Rest of the world: our standard service is by surface mail. If you wish to send books by airmail please email us directly and we will quote for it.
NOTE: we retain the right to require books to be sent airmail or other more secure means of delivery to some destinations outside Europe/USA if we have had problems with delivery in the past.

Refund and cancellation

We will cancel any order without charge up until the time it is dispatched by us.

We must be advised of any books which are faulty or incorrect or received damaged within 14 days from receipt of the books. We will issue a full refund.
If you wish to return a book for any other reason please email us and we will try to accommodate you.
